ADAPT Careers - Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate the opportunity to work with you; we know your time is precious, and so is ours!

We invest considerable time and effort in researching pathways, tertiary industry insights, and other relevant information to provide the most effective service and career-relevant guidance to you and your family.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with ADAPT Careers, we kindly ask that you do so 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment.

If a cancellation is made within the 48-hour window, a fee of 50% of the scheduled session will be applied. If you are an existing coaching client, 30 minutes will be deducted from your package.
