Janelle commenced career counselling in 2014, completing a Graduate Certificate in Career Development to complement her Bachelor of Commerce in 2000, to pursue her passion of supporting and guiding individuals to reach their full career potential.

Janelle is a member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) ensuring that she is at the forefront of latest developments, opportunities and best practice in supporting clients to develop optimal pathways for their personal and professional future growth and success. Most recently as the Head of Careers at Caulfield Grammar School (5 years) along with working in private practice, Janelle is highly experienced working with VCE/IB requirements and understanding tertiary, and employment pathway options.

Janelle enjoys the opportunity to work with clients of all life and career stages and focuses heavily on helping individuals to find their best suited life and career course.
