Myers Briggs Type Indicator - Personality Profiler

Myers Briggs Type Indicator - Personality Profiler

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” Oscar Wilde

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment tool comprehensively assesses an individual’s personality type. It identifies their preferences and behaviours and provides an insight into what makes them tick.

At ADAPT Careers, we use the MBTI Personal Impact Report to help clients understand their work style, communication style, team style, decision-making style, leadership style, conflict style, stress management style, and how they approach change. All of these areas are relevant to work and life. We also provide access to the MBTI app, which clients can take on the go and use as a quick and easy resource.

The MBTI is a valuable psychometric tool on its own or can be the cherry on top of a career coaching package, perfectly complementing a strength profile.

If you are interested in learning more about your MBTI personality profile, please make an enquiry. If you are an existing coaching client we can incorporate this into your coaching package.
